3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders as specified at the time of purchase.

4. Tracking Orders

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • You can track your order using the provided link or via the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, shipping is available only within the domestic region.
