  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Any product not purchased through our official channels.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Replacement products will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified.
